who are you

I am curious mostly . . . who you are and how you found this site. I never told anyone it existed, never really cared one way or the other who read it - still don't. But I do wonder who visits this site - and why. Like I've said before - I don't think any of this is terribly interesting - unless you know us, and if you do - I hope I'm not incriminating you.

So leave me a message or something - if I know who's listening, maybe I can get to the rest of the story.

I am interested in your story. I just ran across it when browsing blogs...you are very gifted at communicating feelings with your words and it's compelling to read. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks jamie. The story is kinda crazy, and everyone who has heard it can't believe that I'm not crazy too.

You write beautifully. I think you should make all this into a book and sell it. I find it comforting to know I'm not the only one that felt these things, that experienced these things. Those of us without mothers can SO relate to all you say.

Thank you for putting MY feelings into words.

I came to your blog through the motherless4 yahoo group, where I am a "lurker". You write beautifully. Your entry about your stepmother cutting your hair brought tears to my eyes. I also have a crazy, emotionally abusive stepmother, although she thinks she's the greatest thing ever.

I am on the motherless4 site and I happened to hit onto your blog. I believe that you are absolutely "brilliant". I haven't read through your entire blog yet, but what I did read has moved me in ways that I could not adequately express to you. I want to thank you and whoever it was that led me to you (I just know it was my dear, dear mother).

Thanks Gloria - I know a few people read this - but hardly anyone comments. Nice to see you here. Thanks!

I am a teenage girl who stumbled across your blog. I read one entry--the birthday one, and was hooked. I am not emtional; I do not cry. My friends tell me I have no soul. Your blog makes me bawl my eyes out.
