pain

I hate when this happens. It used to be all the time . . . then the doctor gave me medicine and told me to eat nothing but fruit for a week. It worked, but drove me crazy. I stopped going to her , for various reasons.

So new doctor agrees with the general diagnosis, but really there is nothing we can do. I hate medicine, but the physical pain is pretty tough to take when I am working. So we talk about shots, physical therapy, accupuncture - but I hate needles - and I really hate people bossing me around. I just wish I could use my arm again.

I am sorry to hear that you are in pain. It must be so frustrating for you, especially because you are so active. I hope you get some relief soon.

I don't know how the acupuncture would work for you but honestly, the acu worked (like an effing miracle) after ONE treatment for my nausea. And if you don't watch, and don't think about it you hardly (I'm not kidding) hardly feel the needles. They are so thin. Like little cactus hairs.

Consider it. Just once. I promise not to boss you around. I'm going 2x per week now until the end of my chemo - or longer.
